At J&K Cabinetry our goal is to have a fair, flexible, and efficient return policy. We prosper when our clients and customers do so we do our best to make sure all cabinets that you order from us are in the condition you expect it to be.
Damaged Item: Accidents do happen so if you receive an item that is damaged please reach out to your local J&K location with the following information to get a replacement right away. Order Number, Job Name, Item Code, and Pictures of Any Damages on the Item.
Non-Damaged Item: If you ordered an extra item by mistake and want to return it - we ask that all items that you wish to return are in the same condition as it left our warehouse (unopened and undamaged.)
**We treat each return on a case by case basis so please reach out to our team when you need to place a request for a return. Standard procedure is a 25% restocking fee for non-assembled cabinets and we do not offer returns on assembled cabinetry.
